FINANCIAL POLICY

When registering a player for a program, a parent/guardian will agree to LDSA/Penn FC Youth's Financial and Refund Policy as provided below:


I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor or adult registrant of legal age, understand that the registration fee is paid to accept a player’s offered position to a team for the season and that the registration fee is non-refundable. I also acknowledge that by accepting the position on the team, I will be responsible for the full program fees for that team for the full season without exception, unless otherwise approved by the LDSA/Penn FC Youth Board of Directors. I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the program fee costs and payment schedule for the full season for the team. I also understand that the program fees are to be paid according to the provided program fee schedule and if I do not adhere to that schedule then LDSA/Penn FC Youth reserves the right to charge a late fee as well as not allow a player to participate in team activities such as trainings, league games, and tournaments until such time as program fee payment(s) and any late fee(s) has been received and the player’s account is brought to current. I understand that any invoice not paid within 30 days of the due date will result in a late fee and automatic player restrictions. I understand that any requests for a modified payment plan would need to be made before the payment is due and would require written approval by LDSA/Penn FC Youth administration. I understand that no refund to previously paid program fees will be given to a player asking to be released and that a player’s account must be in good standing in order for any release requests to be processed.
